Prof. (Mrs.) Akhade Kavita Dattatraya
Assistant Professor, Department of English, Dada Patil Mahavidyalaya, Ahmednagar
Abstract :
Before 2000 years, Indian drama has its distinct place in the scenario of world literature. The celebrated Natyashatra in Sanskrit, by the sage Bharat in his manifest presents the inclination of the Indian mind towards the great art of drama which was treated not just as an entertainment but as a way towards the fulfillment of the aims of life. In all his aspects of drama including stagecraft, music, plot-construction, dialogue and acting were elaborately discussed by Bharata who also provided a set of rules to be followed by the actors and directors. His emphasis was on the far-reaching, significance of "rasas" – the nine primary emotions of human being standing out in the midst of shifting moods. It was emphasized that the total impression left on the mind of the spectators of a play should be one "peace".

Abstract :
Mobile Ad hoc network (MANET) is a collection of mobile nodes that are communicate with each other in the absence of centralized administration and fixed infrastructure. In MANET each node having a routing capability but their mobility speed are different and due to mobile behaviour it is difficult to find out the location of mobile nodes. Due to mobility the routing procedure will affected then the multipath routing protocols are one of best option to reduce the problem of mobility but in multipath routing protocol are phases the problem of flooding. Now Location based routing is one of the possible options to find the location of each mobile node through global positioning system and only that location routing procedure will call. But energy is also one of the main constraints in MANET because if any node having sufficient energy then this one is capable to send, receive and forward the packets in network. Now in this paper we study the approaches in all three areas like Routing, Energy and Location based protocols in Mobile Ad hoc network and examines the performance of different proposed approaches that are discussed in this survey, that provides the important suggestion about to do something new research in this field.

Abstract :
Indian tourism industry is labour intensive industry so that it can provide a lot of jobs to Indian manpower and absorb a lot of manpower directly and indirectly. According to Planning Commission of India an investment of Rs.10 lakh creates 78 jobs in the Tourism sector while the same generates just 18 jobs in the Manufacturing and 45 in the Agriculture sector. It provides approximately 31 million employments (both direct & indirect) to people throughout the country and it is called largest employment generating industry in the country; this number is expected to rise over 40 million by 2019 and over 43 million by 2022. Indian tourism industry requires skilled manpower but there is a big gap between skilled manpower requirements and skilled manpower availability. To fulfill this gap, we require a study to analyze the nature and patterns of employment availability and demand of skilled manpower in tourism industry and employment growth rate in tourism industry. Foreign exchange earnings from tourism also help to employ the manpower in tourism industry. To fulfill these objective, we analysis the secondary data through mean, growth rate etc.

Vision and Form in N Scott Momaday’s House Made of Dawn
J.G. Ravi Kumar
Assistant Professor, Department of English, GITAM University, Bengaluru, India.
Abstract :
Native American Indians are usually only given a voice in intellectual dialogues when they are needed to validate non-Indian representations of Indians or when their own works reflect or enhance popular concepts of native people. Popular Native American writers and artists have brought some valid issues to light, but remain largely superficial and self-centred in their approach. Writings about the Native American experience should reflect the roots of Native American history, culture and society and both past and present struggles with white America. The role of Indians, themselves, in the storytelling of Indian America is as much a matter of "jurisdiction" as is anything else in Indian Country: economics, the law, control of resources, property rights. It goes without saying that it reflects their struggle with the colonial experience of connected histories.

Abstract :
Sign Language Recognition is one of the most growing fields of research today. Many new techniques have been developed recently in these fields. Here in this paper, we have proposed a system using Eigen value weighted Euclidean distance as a classification technique for recognition of various Sign Languages of India. The system comprises of four parts: Skin Filtering, Hand Cropping, Feature Extraction and Classification. 24 signs were considered in this paper, each having 10 samples, thus a total of 240 images was considered for which recognition rate obtained was 97%. A more organized form of hand gesture communication is known as sign language, the idiea of this project is to design a system that can understand the sign language accurately so that the less fortunate people may communicate the outside world without the need of an interpreter

Abstract :
Human trafficking, or trafficking in persons, is a form of modern-day slavery and millions of people around the world, including children are victims of this crime (DeStefano, 2007).Violations of human rights are both a cause and a consequence of human trafficking (Robinson, 2002). Every country in the world is affected by human trafficking, whether as a country of origin, transit, or destination, and commonly, as all three. Human trafficking is not just a problem in other countries; cases of human trafficking have also been reported in India, which shares a large border with Nepal and Bangladesh. Under the garb of migration, the traffickers have become active and a large number of young girls are being trafficked from both Bangladesh and Nepal to various places in India, especially to Kolkata, Mumbai and Delhi.

Abstract :
This Mobile Ad hoc Network is a self organized network. No monitoring system is used in such kinds of network so that security is the one of the major problem in Mobile Ad hoc Network (MANET). Due to unique characteristics of MANET, it creates a number of consequential challenges to its security design. To overcome the challenges, there is a need to build a security scheme that achieves both extensive protection and desirable network performance from jamming attack. The multipath routing are solve the problem of jamming but in case of jamming attack multipath routing are also prevent from attack. In this work we study and analyze the effect of jamming attack which is the behaviour of attacks in ad hoc networks. By applying different security concept, we expect the malicious node can divest the traffic from the source node. In mobile ad hoc networks where the network topology animatedly changes, straight methods cannot be used efficiently. In this paper we study the already proposed methods to detect and healing of routing misbehaviour of different attacks attack in Mobile Ad-Hoc Network and identified the schemes are proving the better results in case in presence of attack and also gives the ides about to proposed a new scheme in future against jamming attack.

Abstract :
India became independent on 15 August 1947.Though, after Independence we achieved tremendous success in many fields but still much is needed to be done in order to become a developed nation. Statistics betrays that after Independence our growth rate has increased from 3% to 9 % .But, still we are facing problems like poverty, illiteracy, unemployment etc. Besides; a major chunk of population living in villages (72%) is still backward. Though the government is spending million of rupees in the name of rural development, but still it’s not getting the desired results. Among many reasons, one of the foremost reason is the communication gap between government devised policies and common masses as people largely remain ignorant regarding them. In order to bridge this gap, a firm communication policy will prove crucial.

Abstract :
Before development can come to a people, there must be a means of communication and here; language comes to play. Considering the many indigenous languages present in Nigeria today, it may be difficult to impose a unifying indigenous language because they number to over four hundred. The language scenario in Nigeria would have been close to what happened at ‘the Tower of Babel’ had not a foreign language: English language, been introduced. Through the English language today, official transactions are carried out, the various tribes are unified because it serves as lingua franca, and the international community can be reached.

Abstract :
Data warehousing and online analytical processing represents some of the most up-to-date trends in computing environments to large scale processing and analysis of data. The theory attempted to address the range of problems associated with this flow, mainly the high costs associated with it. In the absence of a data warehousing architecture, an enormous amount of redundancy was required to maintain multiple decision support environments. In larger corporations it was typical for several decision support environments to control independently. Though each environment served different users, they often essential much of the same stored data. The process of gathering, cleaning and integrate data from various source, generally from long-term accessible operational systems.
