Abstract :
Objective: The present study was conductive the effect of giving carrot leaves to increase performans and the content of ß-carotene in meat of local rabbits up to 5 weeks of age.
Meterial and Methods: This study used a feeding trial using 120 local 5-week old rabbits in a completely randomized design with four treatments and 6 replications. The four treatments were rabbits fed: A: 100% Carrot leaves; B: 70% Carrot leaves+30% Concentrate; C: 100% Local-grass; and D: 70% Lokac-grass+30% Concentrate, respectively.
