Abstract :
The study sought to investigate an eclectic approach to classroom supervision in ten selected schools in the Mbare – Hatfield district in Harare. This was done by establishing the supervision practices used during the different stages of classroom supervision. A total of 90 respondents took part in the study and these comprised of 60 teachers and 30 supervisors from the ten selected schools.
