Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) has become the recent issue of the digital era that reflects the fear of not receiving the rewarding experience because of constant social media use. The current paper examines the connection between FOMO, using social media, anxiety, and the quality of sleep in two generational groups, including Generation Y (born 1981-1996) and Generation Z (born 1997-2012).
